The Ceremony Writing Matters!

Are you thinking of having a friend or family member who isn’t a professional officiant conduct your ceremony? Excellent! It’s a great way to to to make a ceremony even more meaningful.
Do take into consideration if your friend will prepare a ceremony that is fun, engaging, and memorable for you AND your guests. Inside jokes and reminiscence of college days can be a drag for those who weren’t involved in the original experience.
When I write your ceremony the story will be about YOU, the couple getting married. In one hour, we will determine the details that should be decided about the flow of your ceremony. On your own, in about another hour, you will choose the specific vows, music, and briefly tell me your story.
Then, I will write your custom ceremony featuring an attention grabbing story about you. We will revise the ceremony to your satisfaction and I will conduct a 30 minute practice/training session with your officiant via digital interface (zoom, skype, facetime).
If you are located in the Nashville, Tennessee area, we can discuss options for me to witness your Declaration of Intent, sign your Tennessee Marriage License, and complete the filing of your paperwork.
